As a distributor for Ichor, KITZ, will showcase the Integrated Manifold System (IMS) chemical delivery system. The IMS is a proprietary leading edge chemical delivery system currently employed in high volume semiconductor process applications. The IMS is based on Ichor’s pioneering surface mount fluid delivery architecture that has been deployed in high volume manufacturing applications with years of service.
To highlight the new product, Ichor’s Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing, Chris Smith, states, “We are very excited to show case our latest technology at Semicon Japan. The IMS has demonstrated superior performance and with a smaller form factor versus other current technologies in fluid delivery applications.
