Annual Healthcare Event Expands Global Dialogue on Improving Patient Experience.

The Beryl Institute announces 70 breakout sessions, 28 poster presentations and two pre-conference workshops as part of Patient Experience Conference 2020, to be held April 20 – 22 at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Fla. Patient Experience Conference is the largest independent, non-provider or vendor hosted event bringing together the collective voices of healthcare leaders, staff, physicians, patients and families across the globe to convene, engage and expand the dialogue on improving patient experience.
In addition to the keynote speakers previously announced, the 70 breakout sessions and 28 poster presentations represent over 100 organizations including Aga Khan University, Duke Regional Hospital, Emory Healthcare, Geisinger Health System, Hospital Sírio-Libanês, Kiaser Permanente, March of Dimes, St. Joseph’s Healthcare, St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Vanderbilt University, Yuma Regional Medical Center and more. Presentations were evaluated by volunteer review teams and The Beryl Institute’s conference planning committee.
The program includes a wide range of global insights from a broad range of topics, care settings and development levels allowing participants the opportunity to customize their conference learning and networking experience.
