Dimitrios Diamandidis, M.D. received his medical degree from Aristotelian University Medical School, Ptychion Latrikes, Thessaloniki, Greece. He completed a residency in Nuclear Medicine from Jackson Memorial Hospital from the University of Miami in Miami, FL and North Shore University Hospital, Cornell University Medical College in Manhasset, New York. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine from Rhode Island Hospital, Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island, and a residency in Internal Medicine/Primary Care from the University of Connecticut Health Center, Farmington, Connecticut. He completed a fellowship in Medical Oncology/Hematology from MD Anderson Cancer Center, the University of Texas in Houston, Texas.
He has participated in several research studies, has several publications and abstracts. He is board-certified in Oncology.

Dr. Diamandidis is an experienced physician who believes that an important aspect of cancer treatment is compassion and respect for his patients and their loved ones. He believes in educating his patients so that they will understand their condition and treatment options so that they will be ready to manage their healthcare plan. He is highly sensitive to the religious, cultural and personal values of his patients.
