Enki Stove Hob is the user-friendly grill that uses a patented Toroidal Pyrolytic System to create an intense flame without harmful emissions. Unlike traditional outdoor cooking methods, which produce as much CO2 as an SUV on a 100-km road trip, pyrolysis is the “green” way to cook outside with minimal greenhouse gas emissions. Every kilogram of charcoal burned releases 3.67 kg of carbon dioxide, compared with Enki Stove Hob which produces biochar, a pure charcoal that is used to improve the soil.

Hob transforms wood pellets and other dry organic waste into flames up to 1000 degrees celsius. The system is easy to light, and each wood pellet lasts about 40 minutes – more than enough time to grill a fantastic meal. What’s more, the cooking station is easily disassembled and easy to clean.
Hob’s manual flame control creates precision cooking as it’s easy to increase or decrease the intensity of the flame and the temperature of the grill. The stainless steel grill pan heats up to a temperature of 200 degrees celsius in minutes, ideal for searing meats and vegetables.
