As the company’s exclusive AgeNT™ product line garners increasing attention as the leading ITO alternative, key hires will support the company’s growth.

Dr. Sigmund Floyd has been named Vice President of Sales and will focus on scaling the existing sales team to accelerate growth, recruitment and expansion of Preferred Integration Partners (PIP), and further increasing CHASM’s market penetration around the globe.

Representing leading world-class organizations for more than 25 years, Sig has helped companies from startups to international conglomerates achieve commercial success as well as engaging in strategic consulting and advisory roles for PE/VC portfolio companies. Sig has been responsible for global business development or served as general manager in the specialty chemicals, polymers/engineered materials, and equipment/services industries with a specialization in Asian markets. Sig holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from University of Wisconsin at Madison and a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) from Tokyo Institute of Technology and is multilingual in several languages including Chinese, Japanese and French.

Leanne Hersey joins CHASM as Director of Marketing to help shape go-to-market strategies accelerating visibility, adoption and penetration of CHASM’s product line. Participating in all facets of marketing, Leanne will be a key contributor to promoting the company and its products.

With a career spanning more than a decade in marketing roles of increasing responsibility, Leanne helped establish Desalitech as a disruptive leader in industrial water purification, introduce Varier USA to digital marketing channels increasing online sales, and build out strong online presences for several startups by focusing on new-media. Digitally savvy and adept at contemporary marketing engagement and CRM platforms, she uses evidence to drive marketing results. Leanne earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Both Leanne and Sig will be based out of the company’s Canton headquarters.
