GAP Solutions Awarded CDC’s Center for Preparedness and Response BPA

GAP Solutions Awarded Five Year Follow-On Prime Contract With Potential $100 Million Value.

GAP Solutions, a leading provider of public health preparedness and response support to Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Federal Government, has been awarded a follow-on prime contract by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Center for Preparedness and Response (CPR). The multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) has a five-year base period of performance and a total potential value of $100 million. Additionally, on February 11th GAP Solutions was awarded the first Task Order released on the BPA, a 5-year order to provide support and assistance to CPR’s Division of Select Agents and Toxins (DSAT).

CPR leads CDC’s public health preparedness and response programs against broad range of potential threats including pandemics, natural disasters, and biological, chemical, nuclear, and/or radiological events. GAP Solutions is prepared to deliver rapid, flexible, and effective solutions to help CPR and its component divisions and offices deliver on their steady state and emergency response mission. Over the last decade, GAP Solutions has successfully performed related emergency preparedness and response requirements on behalf of CDC, the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR), HHS Supply Service Center (SSC), HHS Medical Reserve Corp (MRC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and National Institutes of Health (NIH).
