"Education is key to personal economic freedom.

Turing niya dito, "most potent, crucial, lasting, and life-changing anti-poverty part of HB 8097."

"All the other benefits like 10 percent discount, seven days parental leave, DSWD and LGU services, requiring employers to have childminding and breastfeeding facilities at workplaces, and others pale in comparison to the scholarship benefit," ani Romero.

Babantayan ng kongresista ang pagbabalangkas ng implementing rules and regulations upang masigurong "the rules do not make it difficult for solo parents to avail of the benefits."

I am worried about red tape, so that is what I will look out for."

"I will have to work closely with the DOLE and the business sector to ensure effectiveness and consistency," dagdag ng ekonomistang solon (WAKAS)
